The Research Infrastructure Management Office is hiring a Project Manager to ensure the excellent operation of the equipment mutualization platform. The position's main duties will include:
Monitor and lead the platform applications (LIMS/Q-reserve)
Coordinate with the lab managers to elaborate and implement the equipment documentation (SOPs, PSSRs…)
Coordinating with research leads and laboratory managers to ensure their needs are represented.
Manage all platform modules in terms of updating and troubleshooting.
Act as a liaison between Facilities and laboratory managers and oversee the tracking of work to ensure timely completion and communication of their status.
Follow up on the process workflow originating from the implementation of the quality management system.
Maintain the lab equipment inventory and documentation updated.
Coordinate the installation, maintenance, calibration, and validation of the research equipment.
Coordinate and works closely with the research lead and laboratory managers to the establishment of financial estimates for equipment and analysis requests.
Participate in lab safety tasks and assist in HAZOP studies.
Contribute to the identification and implementation of change initiatives, in line with the university standards.
Coordinate technical training sessions and participate in the organization of the platform events and develop training modules on instrument use and operation to maximize results.
Participate in the preparation of technical and scientific documents related to the research infrastructures.
Establish and consolidate all technical, scientific, and quality KPIs with complete follow-up.
Contribute to the compilation, documentation, and operational work for Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) areas (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 17025)
Contribute to the establishment and set up of the Core lab facilities.
Coordinate the implementation of ISO 45001 and ISO 17025 in the Core lab facilities.
Promote Core lab facilities with internal and external partners.
Analyze and suggest continuous improvement actions.
Profil recherché :
Engineer or master’s degree in science & technology
Minimum 8 years of technical experience (academic, research, or industrial) in an R&D field in biotechnology, Food industry, Analytical chemistry, or physics.
Experience at least in one of the following fields: spectroscopy, chromatography, microscopy, imaging, photonics, and biotechnology…
Experience with laboratory and platform establishment, setup, and implementation.
Mastery of different analytical instruments.
Strong scientific knowledge in engineering sciences.
Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team and manage challenging deadlines.
Ability to respond flexibly & positively to organizational changes.
Motivated, autonomous, and organized.
Good interpersonal skills in customer service.
Excellent writing and communication skills in French and English.
