Poste :

Join our dynamic team in the automotive / motorcycle / bicycle sector as a Quality Management System Engineer. Based in Meknes, this position offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to operational excellence within an innovation-driven organization.
The main objective of this role is to lead and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with international standards while fostering a strong quality culture across all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing, maintaining, and improving Quality Management System processes
• Conducting internal audits and monitoring corrective and preventive actions
• Contributing to the definition and tracking of quality performance indicators
• Delivering quality-related training to operational teams
• Managing non-conformities and performing root cause analysis
• Monitoring regulatory and standard developments in the automotive quality field
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality requirements into all projects

Profil recherché :

Qualifications for the role :

• You hold a Master’s degree (Bac +5 or higher), preferably in Quality, Industrial Engineering .
• An initial professional experience of 1 to 3 years in an industrial environment, ideally within the automotive sector, will be a strong asset for success in this role.
• dStrong analytical skills, a high level of organization, and excellent communication abilities are also required.
• Proficiency in standard IT tools and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment will complete your profile.
