African Sustainable Agriculture Research Institute (ASARI) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) is seeking applications for one year contract as Research Assistant in the field ofSeed Science and Molecular Biology.
Candidates should hold a masters degree (Bac +5) with a professional experience inseed science andmolecular biology. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing scientificresearchinthelaboratoryand organize/carry out field work.
Key duties:
Successful candidate is expected to:
- Have a good experience in lab/field work.
- Assistinorganizingand launching research activities.
- Collect, support and process samples for routine laboratory tests.
- Contribute to general laboratory management and logistics.
- Validate and document analytical methods and operating procedures.
- Strong French and English communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

Profil recherché :
Criteria of the candidate:
- Masters degree in biotechnology, plant sciences or another relevant field from a recognized University.
- Stronglaboratoryskills, ideally with skills inseed science andMolecular Biology.
- Able to carry out field work.
- Able to learn new practical and theoretical skills quickly.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work both in a team and independently.
