About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional with expertise in organic chemistry or molecular chemistry to join our team. The role involves studying the effects of organic chemical composition on the stability of spectral data during the acquisition of spectra for coated fertilizers. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimizing operational modes for spectral data acquisition and designing experiments to ensure the representativeness and quality of experimental protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the effect of coating organic chemical composition on spectral data stability during fertilizer spectrum acquisition.
- Optimize operational modes for spectral data acquisition of coated fertilizers.
- Develop and execute experimental designs (Design of Experiments, DOE) to optimize protocols and ensure representative data collection.
- Identify and mitigate issues that may interfere with or deteriorate spectral data quality, including chemical interferences and physical challenges.
- Collaborate on scientific research and contribute to the preparation of scientific reports.
- Prepare regular, detailed reports summarizing analysis results and findings.
- Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and enhance data quality.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
Profil recherché :
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Engineer or Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, Molecular Chemistry, or a related field.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of chemical interactions and their effects on spectral data.
- Experience in designing and conducting experiments (DOE).
- Understanding of spectral data acquisition and related methodologies.
- Ability to identify and address chemical and physical issues affecting data quality.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in R programming for data analysis and visualization is required.
- Analytical Abilities: Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive and critical mindset for tackling research challenges.
