Poste :

This role will require you to work closely with other team members such as Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Developers, and Business Analyst who will be accountable to gather, document, and analyse systems requirements for developing and implementing solutions for IT’s Business partners.

You will have an opportunity to:

• Work with business analysts to understand business requirements.
• Perform development, implementation, and maintenance of payment and billing processing systems.
• Lead and participate in sessions and actively communicate with team members.
• Develop and document System Requirements Specification.
• Develop high quality code and verify that the requirements have been met.
• Acquire deep knowledge of systems and their interdependencies to drive improved efficiencies.
• Drive the technical resolution of issues arising from changes to scope, requirements, design, etc.
• Identify and quantify risks relevant to business and systems requirements.
• Maintain productive professional client relationships.
• Create or support in the development of the test plan and test cases including defining test conditions, negative testing and regression testing.

Profil recherché :

You will be a great fit on our team if you have:

• Master Degree in Software/ Computer Engineering (Bac+5)
• At least 5 years of experience in Java J2EE development.
• Effectively negotiate and positively influence decision making to drive change.
• Effective communication with other internal IT teams.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and strong analytical abilities to understand system and data flows.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet deadlines and successfully complete projects in a changing environment.
• Ability to motivate team and promote team spirit.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; being able to explain and present technical information in a clear, accurate and understandable manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and learn new technologies.
• Ability in challenging the status quo and think outside the box.
• Software development life cycle and project management lifecycle comprehension.

Preferred competencies:

• Previous experience working in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience with Oracle databases, Windows/Linux Servers, Mainframe, DevOps, etc..
