Poste :

Financial Strategy Support:
•    Evaluate financial proposals from entrepreneurial programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
•    Conduct profitability analyses and risk assessments to inform decision-making. •    Provide recommendations for optimal financial strategies.
•    Assist in developing and monitoring budgets and financial forecasts.
•    Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, offering detailed explanations.
•    Enhance management control tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Deliver financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
•    Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management review.
•    Collaborate with other departments to align financial plans with strategic initiatives.
Optimization of Financial Processes:
•    Assess and identify opportunities for improving financial processes.
•    Implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
•    Improve the accuracy and speed of financial process modeling.
Reporting and Analysis:
•    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance.
•    Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management.

Profil recherché :

Required Profile:
•    Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
•    2-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
•    Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
•    Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
•    High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
•    Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
