Poste :

Position tasks:

TPME Application:

*Follow the planning & realization of TPME in YMK
*Analyse technical KPI and propose improvements
*Ensure the TPME reporting to YEL and collaborate in case of support
*Ensure the training of technicians and operators regarding TPME targets
* Ensure the applications of cleaning instructions into the plant
* Collaborate into MOTO activities
* Ensure the monthly reports and archive the results

Respect of QMS:

*Control the technical documentation by following Yazaki standard
*Ensure the implementation of IATF into Technical department
*5S auditor
*System and process auditor

Continuous improvement:

*Participate into continuous improvement workshop
*Ensure the implementation of KAIZEN sheet into technical department
*Elimination of main problem by making meeting with maintenance responsible

Ensure a good functional system into the stock.
Perform analysis of the consumption every end of the month

Follow up of orders: Achieve the spare parts requests and follow-up from transmission into reception and established Debit note if necessary.

Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. 

Profil recherché :

Position Requirement :

Universisty degrees : BAC+5 / Engineer or equivalent

Professional Experience : 2/3 years

Professional knowledge :

Language : French ; English : Intermediate

IT Skills: Microsoft office; SAP; Excel: Advanced

Competencies:

Maintenance & IT skills; Tools for problem solving analysis (PDCA, Ishikawa, 6 sigma,TPM….); Communication skills; Focus on result; Integrity and trust; Learning agility.
