Model line : Establish the schedule for the deployment of new improvement projects on the model line, Establish and follow the action plan for the implementation of new continuous improvement projects, Monitor and improve performance indicators for the model line, Lead improvement project based on lean manufacturing monthly report results.
Jishuken : Participate in the European activities of the NYS, Pilot and participate in the continuous improvement project, Ensure the management of continuous improvement projects, Monitor the progress of action plans for continuous improvement projects, Promote the capitalization of know-how and the sharing of best practices.
Training : Define training modules, Develop and conduct training to improve the skills of production staff, Train staff in NYS tools.
Technical : Ensure balancing between workstations,Take timing on the identified lines and communicate the progress of each line, Propose and install improvements to increase out put, Study of workstation ergonomics and improve the workflow, Prepare the 1st draft of routing report and ensure the update.
Provide on-site timing training for those directly related to efficiency and productivity and balancing, Manage the process concept definition in the factory & ensure the implementation of best practices In the new definitions, Reliability of the database of the times relative to each process in coordination with SAP team...
