Poste :

Raw material ordering & Inventory control and cost optimization : Maintain inventories at optimum levels to prevent under-or-over stock level, Control procurement process and take the necessary actions to avoid negative impact on logistics KPIs (over orders, not released parts, orders in delay...), Minimize overstock and removal of obsolete raw materials to not impact financial results, Ensure weekly follow-up excessive and dead stock, Improve ordering process to optimize inventory and minimize Logistics costs, Ensure follow up of all critical parts and take the optimum action to avoid shortages., Communicate to Logistics manager the weekly critical file and ensure close follow-up for it, Maintain SAP Raw Material parts parameters in the way to optimize the ordering process, Optimize logistics cost by optimizing inbound cost and avoiding/minimizing all extra cost.

New project & Engeneering change supply control : Guarantee  that the supply of new projects and technical changes are accurately and timely made...

Work Organization & team management : Lead  Procurement team, Prepare/ review / impove  procedures, trainning documents and work tools for procurement service, Coach planners to increase their productivity and positive reactivity, Ensure good and safe climate among procurement team, support the budget preparation activity, Set goals or the team and follow their achievement, Evaluate the performance and the discipline of the team.

EHS and QMS : Ensure and promote  the respect  of  waste management operational standards and procedures, Ensure and promote the respect of  EH&S operational standards and procedures, Ensure implementation of all customers  and QMS requirements, Support NYS activity and ensure the implementation of the related action plans.
 

Profil recherché :

Training :

  • Bac+5 in logistics management, industrial engineering or similar.

Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years experience within automotive/Aeronautic production sector
