This label rewards the most attractive companies on the market for Moroccan executives. This tool, included free for any advertiser, is based on big data and evaluates two key criteria of the employer brand:
– What you do to provide transparency about the work environment you offer. Because candidates today demand this to make the right choices.

LoveMyJob
With this label, it is your employees who will express themselves and evaluate their job satisfaction. It is no longer the market that gives its opinion as with Krunchy Company, so it is complementary. Or simply you who commit to recruiting people who match with you.
Based on an internal survey, you will receive, in addition to your labeling, certified reviews on all the positive aspects highlighted in the survey to provide proof of your teams' "happiness at work."
These reviews will be given to you even if your overall score is below 3/5, because you will inevitably have aspects appreciated by your teams and on which it is good to communicate.
OKBoarding
This last label is more than just a label; it is a tool for continuous improvement of your HR processes. The ultimate goal is to offer an optimal candidate experience to all the candidates you will meet for your future recruitments.
