As the leading private hospital group in Morocco, the AKDITAL Group aims to develop a network of healthcare facilities offering high-level care and comprehensive management according to international standards. Founded in 2011 with the opening of the first Jerrada Oasis clinic, the Group has experienced strong expansion across the Kingdom. It now has over 44 facilities in 24 cities, with a capacity exceeding 4,100 beds and more than 10,000 employees. AKDITAL continues its growth dynamic both nationally, with several openings planned by 2030, and internationally, particularly in North Africa and the Middle East.

The success of the AKDITAL model relies on its ability to quickly harmonize its facilities around international reference standards, while ensuring quality of care driven by four fundamental values: excellence, empathy, commitment, and innovation.

This vision is supported at the highest level of governance, as regularly emphasized by the Chairman and CEO, Dr. Rochdi Talib, who considers AKDITAL above all as "a family." To this end, the Group constantly works to enhance the well-being of its employees. This approach has notably led to an evolution of the internal organization with the creation of dedicated functions for social benefits, occupational health and safety, and internal communication. Several measures have also been implemented or strengthened, including a competitive remuneration policy, social benefits, a more flexible work organization, and a modern, safe, and structured professional environment. Internal communication also plays a central role in connecting employees to the initiatives undertaken within the Group. It ensures the smooth and accessible dissemination of internal news through digital channels and on-site systems, particularly through displays in the various clinics. In addition to these actions, the Group regularly organizes recognition initiatives, such as the recent ceremony dedicated to employees with over 15 years of service. This event highlighted the crucial role of loyalty and commitment in the Group's development and sustainability.

The modernity of the AKDITAL Group's facilities is not limited to clinics; it also extends to administrative functions and management tools, supported by efficient and digitized systems. This approach translates into a modern work environment, state-of-the-art equipment, and a climate based on listening, managerial proximity, and career development opportunities.

The Group has also developed its own training academy, AKDITAL ACADEMY, designed to support the skill development of employees and meet the operational needs of its facilities. Inaugurated on January 2, 2026, and fully funded by the Group, the academy offers training programs for recent graduates with no experience, as well as continuing education for current employees. The programs combine specialized theoretical modules, practical exercises in real conditions, and immersion internships, supervised by internal mentors and experienced trainers. The Group has also launched the e-learning Academy, an online training platform covering the entire Moroccan territory and expected to support the Group's international development in the long term through modules dedicated to various professions.
