CARREFOUR LABELVIE is recruiting assistant managers for its Carrefour Express BU.
Reporting to the store manager, your role is to manage your department in an Express store, ensuring that your sales results and profitability meet the set objectives.
Mission:
To do this, your areas of responsibility are:
· Ensure the 4 Ps at the Department level (Place, Price, Product, Presentation)
· Lead and develop your department based on set objectives (Sales, margin, stock...).
· Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
· Respect the brand's commercial policy.
· Build a good image for the fresh produce department and build customer loyalty.
· Organize your team's work and provide close management.
Required profile :
With a BAC+2 education, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in supermarkets, during which you have developed the following skills:
· Ability to define margin and selling prices.
· Ability to define product assortments and layouts.
· Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
· Ability to make suggestions to improve results.
· Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
· Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities are the assets and key success factors for this position.
