Job :
YOUR MISSIONS:
▸ Welcoming and guiding employees on health-related topics
▸ First aid and handling common situations
▸ Participating in the monitoring of medical visits
▸ Managing, updating, and filing medical records while respecting confidentiality
▸ Monitoring absences and health-related situations in coordination with the HR team
▸ Participating in prevention and awareness actions regarding health and safety
▸ Coordinating with doctors and various medical stakeholders
▸ Developing monitoring charts and reports related to medical activity
Required profile :
PROFILE REQUIRED:
▸ Training in nursing or a diploma in a paramedical field
▸ First professional experience of about 1 year
▸ Experience in a company or in occupational health would be an asset
▸ Rigor, organization, dynamism, and responsiveness
▸ Good listening and interpersonal skills
▸ Discretion and strict respect for the confidentiality of medical information
