Job :

• Managing and following up on employee administration
• Managing payroll and social declarations
• Implementing the group's HR strategy on a daily basis
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Helping with the hiring and onboarding process for new employees
• Being a local point of contact for employees

Required profile :

• Holds a Master's degree in Human Resources
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
• Perfect command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Diligence, independence, and organizational skills
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus
