Within the Human Resources department, your responsibilities will be:
- Participate in the implementation of training policies;
- Manage the schedule for training activities;
- Manage training logistics and support participants;
- Participate in the development of training plans;
- Implement and manage the training process (training design, delivery, and evaluation, etc.);
- Advise and support employees and entities in analyzing training needs;
- Monitor training performance indicators;
- Prepare periodic training reports for the Group
Required profile :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4 / 5) in Human Resources;
- You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint);
- You are organized, rigorous, and responsive.
