Job :

• Manage IT requests from group subsidiaries and clients.
• Targeted sourcing via internal databases, job boards, and specialized platforms.
• Headhunting for high-value profiles in the French market.
• Phone pre-selections and remote interviews.
• Follow up on client needs and prospect for new IT requests.
• Update Salesforce CRM and coordinate with the Delivery team.
• Establish a status report of the potential candidate database within J+5

Required profile :

We are looking for a high-potential IT Recruitment Officer, specializing in recruiting technical profiles for the French market:

Passion for headhunting and talent identification.

Bachelor's degree / Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources.

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

Very good level of French.

Proficiency with French job boards: France Travail, HelloWork, APEC, etc.

Experience in recruiting IT engineering profiles.
