Contribute to the deployment, improvement, and maintenance of the company's various management systems by participating in the formalization of processes, document management, action plan follow-up, audit preparation, and continuous improvement of governance, quality, and risk management practices.
The job holder supports process owners and business managers in certification and compliance efforts.
Main Activities
Management Systems:
• Participate in the updating and monitoring of the Quality Management System.
• Participate in the deployment and maintenance of company management frameworks: ISO 27001 (Information Security)
• Contribute to the drafting, updating, and dissemination of procedures, operating methods, and quality documents.
• Ensure good document management and compliance with rules.
• Monitor action plans.
Process Mapping and Improvement
• Participate in mapping company processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to the formalization of workflows and operating methods.
• Participate in workshops with different business departments.
Performance Management
• Collect and consolidate indicators.
• Update dashboards and reports.
• Participate in the analysis of results and monitoring of corrective actions.
Audits and Compliance
• Participate in the preparation of internal and external audits.
• Contribute to monitoring discrepancies and action plans.
Required profile :
• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience
• First experience or significant internship in a quality, process, or continuous improvement environment.
• Entry-level candidates accepted.
Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of quality management principles.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of process mapping tools is a plus.
• Ability to develop structured procedures and documents.

• Good interpersonal skills
