As part of strengthening its Internal Audit Department, our Group is looking for a Head of Internal Audit Department, who will support the strategic challenges of the Group through a transverse, independent, and high-value-added approach.
Your missions:
- Manage audit missions from start to finish, from scoping to closure: defining objectives and scope, choosing the methodological approach, supervising work, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Provide independent assurance to the Group on the control of its activities, organizations, processes, projects, and governance and steering mechanisms.
- Produce high-value-added analyses: identifying root causes of malfunctions, measuring impacts, critically reviewing organizational models, and formulating recommendations tailored to the Group's challenges.
- Communicate your conclusions to stakeholders: discussions with audited departments, conducting adversarial phases, reporting to governing bodies, and supporting the adoption of recommendations.
- Contribute to the management of the Internal Audit Department: developing the audit plan, improving methodologies, coaching and developing teams' skills, sharing best practices, and strengthening the credibility of the function.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Higher education in audit, finance, management, organization, or equivalent.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, consulting, general inspection, or high-exposure transverse missions, including a first management experience.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, synthesis skills, and excellent writing quality.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to challenge diplomatically and communicate with high-level stakeholders.
- Experience in a group, multi-site, or international environment would be an asset.
