Key Responsibilities & Activities
1. Strategic Framing & Specifications
2. Technical-Business Interface & Workshop Facilitation
• Technical Workshops (Architecture & Integration)
• Business Workshops: Co-definition of specific customer journeys with business teams
• Ensure the translation of business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams
3. Deployment & Delivery Management
• End-to-end management of Proofs of Concept (POC), Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and solution go-live
• Rigorous monitoring of technical and delivery workstreams, and management of acceptance testing phases
• Ensure clear, fluid, and effective communication
Required profile :
We are looking for a candidate with solid experience in IT/Telecom project management, capable of working in complex technical environments and bridging the gap between technological challenges and business needs.
Proven experience in managing complex IT and Telecom projects with a strong technological component. A PMP certification or equivalent is a major asset.
Excellent command of IT environments, essential for managing complex technical projects involving IT architectures, APIs, system integration, as well as automated mechanisms for billing and provisioning of SaaS and IaaS offers.
Good understanding of business and commercial challenges, with the ability to grasp B2B marketing issues, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and design efficient and seamless user journeys.
Soft Skills
Collaborative leadership, rigor, strong communication skills in a multicultural context. Ability to simplify technical topics for business teams and to challenge the technical aspects of subsidiaries.
