Join a dynamic company in the Automotive / Motorcycles / Bicycles sector as a Design Specialist, based in Kénitra. This position is a unique opportunity to contribute to the innovation and development of our products in a stimulating environment.

The main goal of this role is to lead innovative design projects, translate concepts into concrete solutions, and ensure the quality and relevance of the designs developed, in line with the company's strategic directions.

Your missions will include active participation in defining specifications, generating and evaluating creative ideas, and developing visual and functional concepts. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to bring designs to life, from sketches to prototypes.

• Design and development of design concepts.
• Creation of 2D and 3D renderings.
• Collaboration with engineering and production teams.
• Monitoring technology and competition in the automotive design field.

Required profile :

A Master's degree or higher (Bac +5 and more) is required, ideally in a specialization in Project Management, Studies, or R&D. Solid training in a field related to design or engineering will be a major asset.

A first experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally gained in the automotive sector or related fields, is sought. This experience should demonstrate your ability to successfully complete design projects.

To excel in this role, several skills are essential. Strong creativity and a keen sense of aesthetics are paramount. Solid technical skills in CAD/CAM software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, Alias) are indispensable, as is a good understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.

Main responsibilities:

Personal management Follows the company hygiene and safety rules.
Participates in internal audits when requested.
Participates in Lean activities carried out by the company.
Participates in workshops and meetings.
Participates in Benchmarking studies when requested.
Manage Wrike activity and fullfillement
Manufacturing Design Preparation
-Creation of industrial 2D drawings and relevants deliveries
-Analyse/prepare design change requests according to internal and customer drawings
Engineering change management -ECR processing (Input, check, cross check and outputs)
-ECO Processing for engineering changes and for new drawings
-Identifies, catalogs and analyzes the documents, standards, specifications assigned to the product.
-Manages PN follow up file
-Identifies new component and manages related tasks in regards to New PN creations and registration
-Ensures compliance to DFM rules during engineering change processing
Analytical & Problem Solving -Identifies new crimping combinations and make appropriete requestes to relevant entities
-Analyses Handling manuals, Supplier and customer specefications, Standards related to products
-Performs splice matrix and DC matrix and complete analysis with appropriate data
-Supports in problem analysis
-Participates in the analysis and management of claims (8D, 5 Whys).
Communication and Teamworking -Communicats with CSC for changes implementation
-Supports Yazaki Production plants in case of questions or requests
-Supports other internal functional units
-Supports in Customer drawing processing, customer request analysis and ECRs creation
VA/VE and DFM activities -Supports at cost reduction activities
-Prepares analysis for DFM activities, participate to the followup meetings and assure implementation of assigned actions
Processes Policies and Procedures Comply with all company's processes, policies and procedures both on local and central level (including Global HQ); align these with local legislation and requirements.
