CARREFOUR LABELVIE is recruiting store managers for its CARREFOUR EXPRESS BU
The role of the store manager is to develop, manage, and monitor the store's performance in order to grow turnover and profitability in line with the defined commercial strategy.
Missions:
- Manage, run, and supervise a team.
- Oversee good stock keeping.
- Ensure the proper reception of supplier orders, quality control, and stock checks.
- Manage open orders and consumables.
- Organize work and supervise the team.
- Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis abilities,
- Initiative, reactivity, and customer focus are the key strengths and success factors for this position.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher
- At least 3 years of experience in food retail
- Ability to motivate and mobilize teams.
- Good people skills and field experience
