Job :
Your main tasks:
Manage recruitment from start to finish: selection, interviews, contracts, and onboarding.
Implement the training plan and support skills development.
Monitor annual evaluation campaigns and support talents.
Ensure administrative management (payroll, leave, relations with labor inspection, CNSS, etc.).
Advise and support managers in applying HR policies.
Produce and analyze HR KPIs for your area.
Required profile :
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Management or Human Resources.
First successful experience (3 to 5 years) in HR management.
Proficiency in labor law and understanding of social relations.
Analytical mindset, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills
