Process flexibility against engineering changes, customer fluctuation ..
Process capability follow up ( run) & improvement by insuring GUM achievement (Target productivity achievement = 100%)

- Video analysis & standard documents preparation
- Yamazumi chart preparation & bottleneck definition
- Muda elimination
