Required profile :
Main Mission:
The mission consists of ensuring the BUILD and RUN phases for the PRA AUTO product, namely:
- Support for Proper Functioning:
- Technical and functional investigation of malfunction cases;
- Handling occasional Service Operations;
- Assisting users in resolving usage problems;
- Bug fixing.
- Preparation of software versions:
- Development and testing of minor enhancements;
- Development and validation of fixes;
- Packaging versions before delivery to Production;
- Updating product documentation.
- Providing technical and functional expertise:
- Contribution to study and/or maturation work involving the PRA AUTO product.
- Currently, the PRA AUTO product is a single application (BASICAT DDA code), which is divided into two distinct modules:
- PRA AUTO bash, deployed in production (limited to the end of Red Hat 8, AiX);
- PRA AUTO ANSIBLE, operational, in beta testing, to be deployed in production on demand
- (Ubuntu, Red Hat 9 and later).
Secondary Mission - Contribution to the CALIPSO suite:
Furthermore, a secondary mission involves a specific request to reinforce the team responsible for Data Quality of the CALIPSO application suite, which includes certain key repositories for the IT department. To achieve this, it is necessary to:
- Process update requests as quickly as possible, with extreme rigor;
- Assist users in clarifying their needs;
- Launch data update campaigns to ensure optimal maintenance;
- Develop associated documentation for this process, using various media;
- Develop/modify queries for extractions for application clients interacting with the CALIPSO suite.
