Within the EXA team, the position to be filled will focus on the operation, maintenance in operational condition, and participation in the creation or evolution of internal tools managing the Orange IS.
To do this, you will be responsible for:
• The operation of tools
• The evolution of tools to meet the requirements of Service Owners (SO), client expectations, and hosting constraints, making them as efficient, practical, and functional as possible
• Automation and Continuous Integration for these services
• Cloudification of these services where possible
As part of this role, managing service platforms (PPFS), which is both an organizational and technical role, involves responding to the technical roadmaps of the platforms and the business roadmaps of the services, as well as ensuring operational maintenance by leveraging the expertise of the system engineering team.
The position requires close collaboration with many stakeholders due to the cross-functional nature of the services.
Your daily activities will include:
Maintaining operational condition, which means:
• Handling level 1, 2, and 3 events/incidents.
• Providing technical expertise for products and solutions to service clients
• Monitoring and anticipating the capacity of hosting resources for platforms and services,
• In collaboration with the PPFS
• Participating in the smooth operation of services while respecting QoS
• Keeping documentation and operating procedures up to date
• Performing scheduled production changes (TP)
• Developing technical evolutions specific to maintaining services in normal mode (bug fixes, etc.)
Required profile :
As a computer engineer, you have expertise in Linux server operations, especially (vmware, linux, NSX-v/NSX-t). You have good Python development skills and are comfortable with Git.
You have previously used software forges like GitLab or GitOps.
You are dynamic, curious, and eager to learn in a highly technical environment.
