As part of our development and to meet the growing needs in radio design, we are looking for an Indoor and Outdoor Radio Network Design Engineer (4G/5G).
You will be responsible for designing radio networks for complex environments (dense areas, smart cities, shopping centers, stadiums, airports, office buildings, etc.).
Your tasks include:
• Understanding specific client requirements for coverage and capacity.
• Developing radio designs on iBwave/Atoll to ensure optimal coverage.
• Performing propagation simulations, link budgets, and performance analyses.
• Selecting appropriate network equipment based on project requirements and mobile technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, WiFi, etc.).
• Ensuring compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards.
• Supporting project managers to best meet client needs.
Required profile :
You have an engineering degree in Networks & Telecoms with initial experience in radio design and planning. You have previously worked in an operator or manufacturer environment.
The expected technical skills are:
• Knowledge of 4G and 5G RAN technologies, indoor systems (BTS Hotel, DAS systems, small cells, etc.), and Wifi technologies.
• Knowledge of different components of the antenna chain.
• Experience in designing and modeling radio equipment.
• Knowledge of indoor and/or outdoor planning tools: iBwave, Atoll.
• Ability to convince different stakeholders of the relevance of the proposed solution.
