• Support / Service Operations:
- Analysis and treatment of incidents/anomalies reported by application users or client complaints.
- Preparation, execution, and monitoring of service operations (database queries, mass updates, etc.) such as analysis and processing of erroneous orders, database operations.
- Collaboration with the operator (environment manager) for the treatment of production incidents.
- Participation in skill development and transfer of activities to support levels N1 (N1 being the first level of anomaly reception) and N2.
• Maintenance:
- Maintenance management: prioritization of fixes in collaboration with IT project owners (MOE/MOA).
- Tracking production bugs and reporting them to projects for correction.
- Monitoring production deployments.
• Quality Improvement / Reporting:
- Analysis of recurring incidents and proposal of solutions: writing Change Requests (CR) - Identification of problems.
- Leading progress meetings for error resolution.
- Contribution to meetings for Analysis and Improvement of the quality of applications within your scope.
- Development of improvement proposals regarding data, flows, or recurring operations using complementary or integrated software.
Required profile :
With a higher education degree in Computer Science, you have at least 4 years of successful experience in application support.
Skills sought:
- Proficiency in querying tools, especially SQL, POSTGRE SQL.
- Knowledge of ETLs and how they work,
- Good knowledge of shell and Unix,
- Good knowledge of Java,
- Knowledge of DBMS for data analysis and extraction from the database
- Knowledge of Webservice technologies and multi-service architecture is desirable
- Knowledge of SNMP v2/V3, CLI, telemetry, flat files, etc. protocols
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Fluent French and good written and oral communication skills.
- Good knowledge of technical English.
- Autonomous and rigorous, you have good writing skills and can manage your priorities.
- You are interested in the life of production solutions and their optimization;
- You are motivated to:
- Analyze code written by others, propose improvements (maintainability, robustness, etc.).
- Master analysis tools, perform complementary tooling to speed up processes, and participate if necessary in the development of small evolutionary/corrective versions.
