Position:

Your role is to ensure the commercial development and management of merchandise flow in your department to guarantee customer satisfaction and achieve the defined economic and commercial objectives.

To do this, your areas of responsibility are:

Continuously analyze the turnover / stock / margin indicators for your department

Continuously analyze product rotation in your department

Implement action plans to improve department performance

Implement any action to improve customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule

Profile sought:

With a Bac+2 education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree), you have a minimum of 2 years of experience, ideally in Retail, in which you have developed the following skills:

Ability to define turnover achievement rate

Ability to define net margin

Calculation of shrinkage rate

Ability to manage stock levels

National mobility
