Job :

As part of the Group's development, we are recruiting self-service managers.

Reporting to the department head, your role is to manage your section in the Market, ensuring that your sales revenue and profitability meet the established objectives.

To achieve this, your areas of responsibility are:

  • Guarantee the 4 Ps at the section level (Place. Price. Fullness. Cleanliness)
  • Manage and develop your section based on set objectives (Sales figures, margin, stock, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety rules.
  • Respect the brand's commercial policy.
  • Build a good image for the fresh produce department and retain customers.
  • Organize your team's work and ensure close management.

Required profile :

With a BAC+2 level education, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in large retail, during which you have developed the following skills:

  • Ability to define margins and selling prices.
  • Ability to define product assortments and store layouts.
  • Ability to manage orders and maintain the lowest possible stock levels.
  • Ability to make proposals to improve results.
  • Ability to ensure a reasonable margin is achieved.
  • Autonomy & reactivity, interpersonal and communication skills, analytical and synthesis skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
