Recruitment context
As part of expanding our Dutch-speaking team, ADM Value is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors (m/f) for one of our clients, a leading European airline. Vacancies are available in multiple locations in Morocco: Rabat, Oujda, Tangier, and Casablanca.

Job description - Your tasks

Are you a native Dutch speaker or do you have a C1 level and are you looking for a job that matches your language skills? Your role: to be the voice of our client to passengers - answering questions, handling requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every contact, in Dutch.

Your tasks
Handle incoming calls, emails, and/or chats in Dutch.
Guide customers with questions about products, billing, contracts, or technical support.
Accurately record every interaction in the CRM systems.
Actively contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality.

Required profile :

Profile sought

Native Dutch or fluent C1 level - spoken & written, without errors (required).
Customer-focused, patient, and solution-oriented.
Familiar with digital tools and able to learn new software quickly.
Customer service experience is a plus - full training will be provided.
