Located in the heart of Tangier, this industrial site is looking for a talented Plant Controller to strengthen its financial team. The main mission will be to supervise and optimize the factory's financial performance, ensuring precise and strategic management.

Your objectives will be to ensure the reliability of financial information, analyze deviations from budgets, and propose relevant action plans to improve profitability. You will play a key role in the decision-making process by providing in-depth analyses and strategic recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include preparing monthly closings, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), developing budgets and forecasts, and analyzing production costs. You will also participate in continuous improvement projects and collaborate closely with operational and managerial teams to optimize performance.

• Monitoring and analysis of production costs
• Development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
• Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
• Participation in physical inventories and stock valuation
• Improvement of financial processes and internal control

Required profile :

Your academic background should ideally be a Master's degree or higher. Higher education in Management, Accounting, or Finance will provide a solid foundation for understanding the challenges of the position.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally acquired in an industrial environment, is required. This period should have allowed you to develop sharp expertise in management control and financial analysis.

Your technical skills in cost accounting, budget control, and financial reporting will be essential. You have excellent command of IT tools, especially Excel and an ERP system. Your analytical skills, rigor, and interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully carry out your tasks and collaborate effectively with your colleagues. A good command of English will be a valuable asset.
