As part of our business development, we are recruiting Project Management Officers.

Functions and responsibilities
As part of a young-spirited and dynamic team, you will have the following missions:

Lead with the Central PMO and the VDL (Vertical Delivery Domain) / TPM (Transformation Production Manager) the operational budget monitoring of Projects / Run for the domain, using central reports and relaying necessary information to the various stakeholders.
Coordinate and consolidate budget preparation data, including license renewals, for the VDL and TPM.
Lead the forecasting for the concerned perimeter with project managers.
Perform operations in the budget tools (initialization, monitoring, closing), collect associated information from the domain.
Monitor the resource capacities of the domain / projects / program in relation to the allocated budget.
Conduct control checks, report key KPIs, alert and report risks for the domain / program, project.
Coordinate the domain, stakeholders (squads, Scrum Masters, etc.), depending on the topics, on demand or recurrently.
Conduct recurring meetings with the DDL, TPM, Domain PMO on domain monitoring.
Produce domain KPIs for incident committees or other domain committees.
Produce specific monitoring for a project based on central figures.
Assist the project manager in producing deliverables (committees, tracking files, KPIs, etc.).
Relay alerts and KPIs from their domain to the Central PMO (for domain PMOs) or to the Domain PMO (for program PMOs).
Participate in and lead the PMO community.

Required profile :

Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac +5) with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a PMO.
Structured, with an analytical mind. Ability to work in a network to manage projects and issues while being responsive.
Good oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
You are organized, rigorous, curious, comfortable with numbers and reporting, adaptable, and possess a service-oriented mindset.
You have good interpersonal skills, are a good listener, and have real adaptability, analytical, and synthesis skills.
You have experience with IT project portfolios.

Tools:
Perfect command of Excel (Power Query Excel, VBA, etc.).
Proficiency in the Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
Proficiency in Planview / Service Now PPM tools would be a plus.
