Job :

Management of International Procurement:

  • Analyze, verify, and validate the importability of products according to regulations.
  • Manage customs formalities and ensure regulatory compliance (import requirements, customs documents, taxes).
  • Track the shipment of goods and anticipate potential delays or problems.
  • Oversee all flows and intervene in case of problems.
  • Propose areas for improvement in import processes.

Cost Monitoring:

  • Calculate the final cost of products and report it to purchasing after each delivery.
  • Calculate and communicate the monthly status of charges for each operation.
  • Verify and control the cost of imported items.
  • Communicate the weekly forecast status to stakeholders.

Partner Relations:

  • Verify that chosen suppliers have the necessary documentation to deliver the goods (certification according to agreements).
  • Assist suppliers in preparing the necessary documents for importing goods.
  • Manage and supervise invoices between the supplier and service providers.
  • Handle supplier disputes (in case of anomalies on additional fees).
  • Organize international transport (sea, land).
  • Ensure, in collaboration with the freight forwarder (intermediary role), the administrative part and local transport.

Management:

  • Recruit, support, evaluate the team and ensure their skill development.  

Required profile :

  • Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, specializing in international trade, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in the FMCG or Retail sectors, ideally in a company with frequent international exchanges.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of customs procedures and international regulations, mastery of incoterms and transport methods.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
  • Ability to manage supplier relationships and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage complex logistics flows and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to anticipate and minimize risks related to the international supply chain.
