As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our prospecting department by recruiting Prospecting Managers in Casablanca.
Assigned to the Expansion Department, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.
Missions & Responsibilities:
- Build and track a file of potential business opportunities;
- Analyze the needs of the BU Management through knowledge of the local and regional market and market research;
- Take charge of negotiating rental conditions;
- Present and get projects validated by the BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
- Carry out the necessary administrative authorization requests;
- Achieve the objectives in terms of number of rentals.
Required profile :
- With a Bac+5 degree in business, you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting.
- Good knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of public and private actors.
- Good vision of commercial development prospects, the market, and the competition.
- Results-oriented, interpersonal skills, communication and organization skills.
