Position:
Assigned to the MARKET and EXPRESS division, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.
For this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Build and maintain a file of potential business opportunities;
- Analyze the needs of the BU Management through local and regional market knowledge and market studies;
- Take charge of negotiating lease terms;
- Present and get projects approved by BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
- Carry out the necessary administrative authorization requests;
- Achieve objectives in terms of the number of leases signed.
Required profile :
Profile Sought:
- With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting.
- Good knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of public and private stakeholders.
- Good vision of commercial development prospects, the market, and competition.
- Results-oriented, good interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills.
