We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) passionate about automation, system reliability, and artificial intelligence technologies applied to IT operations (AIOps).

In this role, you will be responsible for the availability, performance, scalability, and resilience of production platforms. You will contribute to the transformation of operations towards a proactive and predictive model through the use of AIOps solutions, advanced automation, and modern observability.

You will work closely with development, operations, support, and incident management teams to continuously improve service quality and user experience.

Functions and Responsibilities:

System Reliability and Performance

• Design, deploy, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructures and applications.
• Define and manage reliability indicators (SLIs), service level objectives (SLOs), and error budgets.
• Ensure proactive monitoring of platforms and guarantee their availability.
• Analyze system performance and implement necessary improvements.

Observability and Monitoring

• Develop and improve observability solutions based on metrics, logs, and traces.
• Implement dashboards and indicators for real-time monitoring of service status.
• Identify trends and weak signals to anticipate incidents.

AIOps and Automation

• Implement AIOps solutions for anomaly detection, predictive analysis, and operations automation.
• Develop self-remediation mechanisms for recurring incidents.
• Automate operational processes through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and remediation workflows.
• Leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning models to improve alert quality and reduce operational noise.
• Integrate AIOps platforms with ITSM tools to automate ticket creation and routing.

Incident Management and Continuous Improvement

• Participate in major incident management and coordinate resolution actions.
• Conduct post-incident analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Support teams (L1, L2, L3) and Problem Managers to reduce recurring incidents.
• Promote SRE, DevOps, and AIOps best practices within the organization.

Support and Expertise

• Contribute to the skill development of technical teams.
• Evaluate and integrate new automation, observability, and artificial intelligence tools.
• Participate in innovation initiatives aimed at strengthening operational efficiency.

Required profile :

Technical Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or critical systems operations.
• Solid experience with Cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, GitLab, and Jenkins.
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code solutions (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk).
• Knowledge of AIOps platforms and intelligent monitoring (ServiceNow AI, Dynatrace, Datadog, or equivalent).
• Excellent scripting or development skills (Python, Java, or similar language).
• Good understanding of distributed architectures, networking, and system performance.
