Within the Human Resources department, you will contribute to HR development, sourcing, and the management of CVs and job offers.
Your tasks will be:
- Analysis of internal client needs.
- Writing job descriptions.
- Publishing job postings to recruit candidates according to client requests.
- Searching for candidates (CVs) via job boards, recruitment sites, and social networks, etc.
- Conducting pre-qualification of candidates through telephone interviews and highlighting skills according to needs.
- Writing summaries of interviews.
Required profile :
With a Bac+4/5 degree in Human Resources Management / RECRUITMENT or IT, we offer you an internship that will allow us to train you in our recruitment methods for IT professions.
We are looking for candidates with:
- A commercial mindset and negotiation skills.
- Rigor.
- Listening, questioning, and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and dynamism.
- Responsiveness: ability to work under pressure!
