As part of strengthening our Human Resources team within the Supeco Business Unit, we are looking for a dynamic, rigorous, and motivated HR Intern specialized in Recruitment.
- Identify profiles on job boards and internal databases.
- Analyze applications, verify their suitability with the job descriptions.
- Organize interviews.
- Publish job advertisements.
- Ensure candidate follow-up.
Required profile :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management;
- Previous experience in recruitment through internships is desired;
- Good interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and interest in recruitment professions.
