As part of our international service center in Casablanca, we are recruiting a Java/Angular tech lead who is passionate about new technologies, curious, and demanding.
Within a dynamic project team for LegalEntityRef (the group's B2B reference system. A tool for cataloging, managing, and organizing companies), you will be responsible for:
- Develop application modules
- Ensure clean code is produced, integrate industrialization tools, and verify application consistency
- Analyze and implement proposed solutions and user stories
- Provide technical support to the development team
- Contribute to micro-services breakdown and deployment via GITLAB CI CD
- Contribute to production releases
- Write technical documentation
- Analyze and correct feedback following acceptance testing phases
- Design robust and scalable technical architectures.
- Perform code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
- Train and mentor junior developers on best practices and techniques.
- Participate in defining development standards and code conventions.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor application performance and propose optimizations.
Required profile :
With a higher education in Computer Science, you have 9 years or more of experience as a technical referent or expert in Agile design, architecture, and development:
- Java 21
- GITLAB CI CD
- Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Batch
- Database Management, Oracle, Postgresql
Skills sought:
- Technical expertise in Java 21 (Java 11 minimum) and various Frameworks: spring boot, ioc, data
- Technical expertise in Angular
- Referent in code quality
- Deployment expertise via GITLAB CI CD
Also, functional knowledge in the Telecom domain (Enterprise client domain and reference systems) will be a plus.
You have an Agile mindset. You have synthesis skills, team spirit, a willingness to help, and the ability to work collaboratively with the project team.
