Poste :
CONTENT DEVELOPMENT & COMMUNICATIONS PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Internal content developments and developments of a division’s editorial slant aligned with UM6P’s editorial slant
• Influencers and content creators’ management
• Content distribution: identify relevant communications channel to disseminate content (press, social medias, influencers, websites, printing supports or any other relevant channels identified by management)
• Preparing, implementing communication & PR programs to support UM6P’s division of Entrepreneurship & Venturing activities in this area, through the publication of articles and speeches, dissemination of audio-visual materials, attendance at events and conferences, organization of exhibitions, etc…
• Event Planning: grow and curate the UM6P entrepreneurship & venturing member community
• Collaborating with Division of Entrepreneurship & Venturing teams, creative teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to implement the strategy
• Coordination, participation and organize events for the division according to the global UM6P’s strategy
STRATEGIZING AND REPORTING
• Strategizing UM6P Entrepreneurship & Venturing DNA content pillars and sub pillars and adapt to relevant online and offline channels
• Planning the annual «UM6P Entrepreneurship & Venturing» internal communications editorial calendar and content proposition aligned with the global UM6P schedule
• Develop a monthly Entrepreneurship & Venturing Newsletter
• Strategic Monitoring: Good analytical abilities to spot patterns and trends in national and African Entrepreneurship & Venturing ecosystems
• Develop main KPIs follow-up, track and calculating content ROI
Profil recherché :
- Excellent copywriting skills to be able to plan, direct, design, and edit content
- Content presentation skills –able to determine how content should be packaged for diverse formats and distribution channels
- Content delivery skills – ability to determine the best distribution channel to deliver content to relevant audience.
- Multitasking and organizational skills – you will have to handle several types of projects and people regularly
- Editorial competency
- Attention to detail
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Genuine interest to the African Tech Ecosystem
- Interest in UM6P mission, strategy and values
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong intellectual and analytical abilities
- Diligent and process oriented
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills: able to relate to people of diverse backgrounds
- Self-motivated
