Poste :

Your main responsibilities: 

• Daily job

Daily follow up of main KPIs : Production Mhs , Sales , Stock level , HC
Daily check of actual impact on P&L : HC, PPV , Stock reval , Small tools , ….
Approval of Shopping Cart in COUPA
Approval of Request for Travel or advance payment for expenses Notes

• Monthly closing

Ensure Preparing SKF for finance department and gathering all department SKFs and upload it in the system.

• ST and LT Budget Preparation and Controlling

Analyzing the discrepancies between the actual and budget

• BU Analysis

Analyzing the results at each month end

• Weekly forecast & report

Collect data needed for Forecast preparation
Analyze figures and adjust accordingly
Approve Forecast result with Plant Manager
Forecast submission
Prepare report of deviation between forecast and budget and previous forecast

• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards

Preparation of requested reports from Management / Plant / BU
Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR) 

Profil recherché :

Your Profile:

• Level of studies: Master's degree in finance, accounting fields or similar.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in current position in FICO area.

• Languages: Fluent in English. (Good knowledge in accounting and finance) 

• Knowledge in SAP System
