Poste :

Analyse the customer concerns : 

Analyse the customer concerns and provide a response to them.
Coordinate with the other depts when defining the robust actions.
Ensure the actions are well implemented and they are effective.
Update the Quality Road Map in regular basis.
Ensure the necessary responses are on the system , respecting the due dates.

Elaborate the deviations requests : 

Prepare and submit the deviation when requested.
Follow up the deviations with the customer until approval.
Distribute the approved deviations to the concerned persons.

Prepare the PSW :

Prepare the PSWs.
Communicate the PSW for approval and then record them.

Follow the quality KPI's :Follow up the 8D'sprogress in the GQRS system according to dates;

Ensure all agreed actions are implemented and duplicated on orther line;
Follow up the open claims on the system in order to not have any one more than 90 daysPrepare and assist the customer audits;
Prepare and assist the customer audits;
Lead the quality road map within the plant...

Improve the product quality :

Ensure the Quality improvement plant "QIP" is prepared and implemented;
Ensure a good reactivity for the customer.

Contribuate in the good project progress : Ensure the Part production approval process "PPAP" and the deviations are done on time.

Respect the quality standards : Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations, the applications of procedures and 5S... 

Profil recherché :

Accademic Background :

Bac+5 in Quality management, Industial engineering or similar.

Experience :

Minimum 1 year  experience or internship in automotive wiring
