Poste :

Main responsibilities are: 

• Check and Control the Inventory records: Ensure control of documentation processes related to the movement of goods within Yazaki MA customs system, covering import, export, transit, and inward processing regimes.

• Develop/Publish Customs Reports: Performing regular system checks and reporting inventory control to management

• Customs Clearance follow up: Follow-up of quantities and values clearance of RED Accounts and Discharge (inbound RM / Outbound FGs, SFGs and Scrap)

• Ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards: Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), the applications of procedures NA/MA Plants, the applications of all work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001) and the 5S. / Ensure the respect of Customs Regulation together with the satisfaction and good relationship with Customs Authorities 

• Preferential Calculation Control: Controlling / audit the preferential origin calculations and support the collecting the documentation from suppliers
 

Profil recherché :

Your Profile:

• Level of studies: Engineering or master's degree in Logistics, supply chain, technical fields or equivalent.

• Experience: 2 years of experience in similar area.

• Languages: Fluent in English & French.
