Poste :

Position tasks: 

Environmental, Health and Safety Management System: 

• Ensure of compliance with environmental policy, occupational health and safety
* Mantien EHS management system
• Identification: environmental aspects & risk
• Evaluate legal regulations, YEL group, and customer (interested parties & Risk and Opportunities)
• Monitoring of EH & S objectives
• Establish and maintain an EH & S management program
• Monitoring of the implementation of training, awareness
• Prepare an emergency plan
• Implement a strategy for monitoring and measuring EH & S indicators
• Treatment of accidents, non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions
• Establish with the YEL manager an EH & S audit management system
• Assigning to support EH&S Management Representative with establishing, operating and maintaining the EH&S MS.
• Reporting progress of the system to the EH&S Management Representative

- Follow the EHS KPI's:

Participation of the Safety and Health Committee.
• Monthly monitoring of the EHS indicator
• Monthly monitoring of the scrap indicator
• Monitoring of the recycling rate indicator
• Follow-up the action plan of the scrap reduction

- Scrap Management and security

- Respect EHS standards

- Establish an annual budget for EHS activities.

- Keep track of EHS budget's consumption. 

Profil recherché :

Position requirement: 

Formal education level completed: Master's degree or similar in Quality, Environmental, Health and safety Management

Additional specifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automotive wiring.

Other required qualifications: ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 & Legal requirement

Minimum Professional experience in a related area: 4-5 years

Language: English & French:  Fluent
