Poste :

The P Curiosity Lab is an innovation lab aiming to provide/Serve rural people with the most innovative solutions that would help them overcome their daily challenges. To achieve this mission, we focus on research, and data analysis in order to be able to design, prototype, test and then deliver these solutions in the best form.

As an Entrepreneurship Community Builder you will support the development of a growing entrepreneurial ecossystem locally fostering lasting relationships for mutual benefit. You will build and maintain relationships with stackeholders maintaining engagement and activity from the community. You will oversee and manage the delivery of a sustainable entrepreneurship network, connecting the growing and existing and increasing the benefits of local programs support for them beyond the initial training period

Who are we looking for?

You have experience in either supporting entrepreneurship activities or in engaging with emerging economies and you have demonstrable experience of growing engaged international online communities using bespoke or off the shelf community management platforms. You will have organised events both in person and online and be a skilled project manager able to multitask and prioritise. Communications are key and you will be adept at communication with a wide range of diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering entrepreneurial development programmes;
• Researching the state of entrepreneurship and how to unlock potential in neglected groups, communities and locations;
• Building thriving entrepreneurial communities;
• Engaging and informing policy makers and the public
• Build and curate each community – working across  social channels to drive awareness and engagement, linking network members to facilitate meaningful wider connections, maximising attendance at events and workshops (both face-to-face and virtual);
• Plan and deliver an engaging calendar of events, covering large-scale conferences and summits, video conference workshops and smaller, bespoke events and activities. You will be responsible for planning agendas, securing speakers, creating promotional copy, promoting to members, driving registrations, and managing delivery;
• Curate and publish member- and third-party content for social media and monthly newsletters;

Profil recherché :

• MBA or or other relevant university diploma
• Proven experience in Business Development and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
• Strong network skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem solver
