Poste :
Program Operations
- Establish and develop entrepreneurship programs that aligns with the Lab’s vision & mission
- Propose the strategic vision for the development of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship track.
- Manage the elaboration and operation of entrepreneurship programs, define the orientations, make the program evolve and ensure its development;
- Participate in the definition and implementation of the general strategy of PCL in its action of incubation of projects and startups including those proposed by corporate partners;
- Setup & Support a robust mentorship network, connecting startups with internal and external resources;
- Support the development of the innovation and R&D processes
- Provide analysis and recommendations on PCL project proposals and prepare project collaterals
- Stay abreast of trends in the sector and use this to maintain program relevance and increase team knowledge for high quality deliverables;
- Any other task necessary for the smooth running of programs and other activities of PCL.
Business development
- Develop positive relationships with stakeholders, both within the university and externally to reinforce our capacity and identify potential collaborations.
- Manage the identification of mentors, stakeholders, experts and project consultants
- Drive strategic and innovative initiatives that serve the University’s vision
- Support the delivery of the university’s entrepreneurship projects implemented through partners.
- Seek and incorporate feedback from relevant stakeholders,
- Secure relationships with local partners for case studies and site visits, etc.
- Establish additional reports/presentations/statistics as needed.
- Provide project collaterals support
Coordination & Ecosystem development
- Coordinate, communicate and engage with corporate sponsors, university leaders and any other actor playing a key role in the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Develop & conduct thought leadership and capacity building campaigns to reinforce the entrepreneurial thinking and engagement of our ecosystem.
- Work alongside and partner with OCP/UM6P ecosystem to creatively cultivate a healthy and growing entrepreneurial network.
- Identify and explore new opportunities that aligns with the Lab’s vision.
Profil recherché :
- BAC+5 or PhD in Finance or Marketing or international relations
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing entrepreneurial programs
- Proven experience in the design and management of entrepreneurial programs
- Experience in the financial structuring of entrepreneurial or fundraising projects
