PHOVA TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Global Performance Manager.
The individual will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of various business functions across multiple regions or countries. Your primary goal will be to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability by analyzing and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement performance improvement initiatives, and provide recommendations to drive growth and achieve global targets.
Performance Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of performance metrics, including sales, revenue, market share, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement by leveraging data-driven insights and analytics tools.
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs to measure performance against established targets and benchmarks.
Strategy Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with senior management to define global performance goals, strategies, and initiatives.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans that align with the organization's objectives.
- Monitor the execution of performance improvement plans, ensuring their effectiveness and timely completion.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with regional teams, department heads, and stakeholders to understand local market dynamics and operational challenges.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among teams to drive performance enhancements and knowledge sharing.
- Provide guidance and support to local teams in implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Sign and implement performance monitoring systems to track progress and outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Present performance updates to stakeholders, explaining variances, and proposing adjustments when necessary.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to performance management.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and standardization to drive efficiency gains.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing performance and operational effectiveness.
SKILLS:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of key performance indicators and metrics relevant to the business.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute performance improvement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Profil recherché :
REQUIRED PROFILES:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, management, finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in performance management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant software systems and tools for performance monitoring and reporting.
