Poste :
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage transportation operations, including shuttle planning, utilization monitoring, supplier coordination, and reporting.
- Oversee canteen services to ensure quality, hygiene, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Supervise cleaning and gardening service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual and company standards.
- Manage office facilities, lockers, uniforms, and related administrative assets.
- Coordinate and monitor company parking facilities.
- Ensure effective management of meeting rooms and company archives.
- Maintain subcontractor records and ensure compliance with company requirements.
- Monitor service provider performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare periodic reports and conduct audits related to facility and general services activities.

Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Quality Management System (QMS), and 5S standards.
Profil recherché :
Candidate’s Profile:
- Master Degree in Human ressources Management , Economic , or a related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in Employee Services, Human Resources, Administration, Facilities Management, or a similar role.
- Experience in managing employee services such as transportation, catering, accommodation, uniforms, or facility-related activities is an asset.
- Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Fluent in English & French .
