Poste :

- Manage Innovation Process.

- Manage Innovation Projects and steer Innovation team.

- Monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives and care for the reinforcement of the impact and influence of each of these.

- Build out innovation concepts and initiatives.

- Lead the internal team and support partners’ teams in the understanding and adoption of disruptive projects.

- Collaborate with communication team to develop strategic keys messages for each initiative and supervise the creation of communication materials.

Profil recherché :

- Master's degree or equivalent.

- 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management with interest in innovation

- Mixed background with practical experience in multiple industries is a plus

- Willing and able to deep dive into new domains

- Able to follow-up on multiple innovation projects and initiatives at the same time

- Able to work with a brief list of inputs and assumptions to build the basic of an innovative concept

- Problem-solving skills

- Able to engage professionally with a wide range of people from different backgrounds

- Capable of inspiring others with a clear vision on the Why of each initiative and where it is meant to lead
