Poste :

Attributions & Tasks:

• Set clear goals that are aligned with the Yazaki strategic vision and business objectives
• Generating a wide range of ideas and fostering a creative environment based on SPQCD
• Analysing data to Prioritize Tasks and Projects: Identify the most critical/Benefit projects and allocate your resources accordingly
• Continously manage and commit to multiple projects with different aspects and goals
• Use tools and systems to keep track of all project details, deadlines, and responsibilities
• Foster the culture of creativity by involving the cross functional team from different departments to make innovation initiatives and create an environment for Digital Transformation in the plant
• Make sure that all stakeholders understand the importance of the innovation projects and initiatives and how they contribute to the organization’s success
• Provide training and resources that help employees develop skills in problem-solving, design thinking and data analysis
• Provide training to your team on how to use the innovation tools and metrics, and how they can contribute to achieving the targets
• Managing and protecting the intellectual property of innovative ideas and products.

Profil recherché :

• Level of studies: Mechatronics Engineer or Master degree in the following specialties: mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
• Experience: Min 5 years experience in Automotive Industry
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English .
• Soft skills: Team Management, Good communication, Resilience.
